Work being carried out currently on the estate

Following handover of the estate Management Company by Kier to the owners on July 9th 2015, responsibility for general maintenance became the responsibility of the newly appointed owner Directors.

Each owner Director fulfils the following functions:

  • Brian Gould – Estate infrastructure maintenance

  • Cliff Dale– Land Management & Ecology

  • Patrick Annibal – Health & Safety

  • Geoff Goddard – Administration backup & playpark maintenance

  • John Edser – Company Secretary, administration & communications

In order to keep maintenance costs to a minimum, all administration and some non-specialist maintenance work is handled by the Directors aided by other willing owners.

Grass cutting, hedge trimming, habitat maintenance, pond and ditch maintenance, tree surveys and tree surgery are all carried out by licenced contractors.
